February Is Warm at the Coralville Public Library

About Winter Adult Reading Month

February is WARM (Winter Adult Reading Month) at the Coralville Public Library. Participants who sign up and read or listen to at least three books of their choice during the month of February are eligible to enter a prize drawing. Prizes include gift certificates to local bookstores and Caffé Crema at the Library, and a Nook android tablet.  In addition, all who complete the program will receive a fine waiver coupon.

How to Register

Register and kick off Winter Adult Reading Month with hot chocolate and cookies on Thursday, January 26, from 10:00 am-2:00 pm and 4:00-6:00 pm at the Library. Registration continues at the Library and at throughout the month.

Additional Activities

  • WARM up with a Therapy Pony:  Meet Buck the Therapy Pony at Schwab Auditorium on Saturday, February 11, from 1:00-2:00 pm. Learn about therapy pony training and what a therapy pony does. 
  • WARM Game Night for Grownups:  Come in from the cold for this game night for grownups on Wednesday, February 15, from 6:30-8:30 pm.  Meet new people and bring your own game or play some of the Library’s. Come for the whole evening, or just stay for a while. Refreshments will be provided.
