Opening on Planning & Zoning Commission
The City of Coralville is accepting applications for appointments for one opening on the Planning and Zoning Commission due to a resignation.
This commission reviews and comments on Street, Park, or Public Improvements as well as plans, plats, and re-plats of subdivisions or re-subdivisions in or around the City limits. The Commission shall send its recommendations to the Council before there is a vote on these issues. It exercises all powers, duties, and privileges in establishing the City Zoning Regulations and other related matters. (Code Book; CH. 23)

Coralville citizens interested in being considered for this position may pick up an application at Coralville City Hall, 1512 7th Street, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm or download an application.
Applications are due at City Hall, 1512 7th Street, or by e-mail to Thor Johnson, no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
Mayor John A. Lundell will recommend appointees to the Council for approval in June 2017.
