Coralville City Administrator Kelly Hayworth is recommending appointment of Fire Prevention Officer Orey Schwitzer of the Coralville Fire Department to replace recently retired David Stannard as Fire Chief. In addition to his duties as Fire Prevention Officer, Schwitzer was named Interim Chief on April 20.
