E. 7th Street Reopens between 1st Avenue and Quarry Road

After being closed to through traffic for just over two years, E. 7th Street is now fully open between 1st Avenue and Quarry Road, providing a second access for the Iowa River Landing. There is a new roundabout at the intersection of E. 7th Street and E. 2nd Avenue, but the north leg is restricted to construction traffic until later next year.
