  • During business hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, at Coralville City Hall, 1512 7th Street
  • 24 hours a day at the drive-up drop box by the entry / exit to City Hall parking lot, 1512 7th Street.

  • Current bill: Cash, check, or credit card.

Auto Pay
Sign up for our convenient and free Auto Pay service. Your utility bill will be paid by direct automatic payment. The amount due will be debited from your financial institution on the due date of your utility bill. Auto Pay

Utility bill payments may be made online using a credit card. You may also view your utility bills, payments, and track your usage history online. Online Payment

Receiving Bills
With e-Bill, customers may opt to receive notification of utility bills electronically via email. e-Bill
