All meetings of the Coralville Public Library Board of Trustees are open to the public. Non-Board members who wish to address the Board should request a place on the agenda not later than 24 hours before the time established for the meeting. The request may be directed to the President, the Secretary, or the Library Director.

The Board meets regularly on the first Wednesday of each month in Meeting Room A at the Coralville Public Library.  Note that due to a scheduling conflict, the March 2023 meeting will be held on March 8, 2023.
