Yard Waste Collection Dates
With the arrival of spring weather, yard waste collection resumes in Coralville the week of March 29, 2021. Yard waste is picked up on regular garbage collection days for all routes until late November as weather permits.

What to Do With Yard Waste
Place yard waste in a Coralville recyclable yard waste bag, or in a 33-gallon container that has a 2021 annual yard waste sticker. There is a 40 pound weight limit per bag / container.

Coralville recyclable yard waste bags are available for $1 each at Coralville City Hall, both Coralville Hy-Vee locations, and Theisen's. Only Coralville yard waste bags will be picked up.

Annual yard waste stickers are on sale at City Hall for $25 each, or $25.50 by mail, and are valid through the end of the 2021 yard waste season.

What to Do With Brush & Tree Limbs
Curbside pickup of brush and tree limbs is available during yard waste collection season on your regular trash / recycling day at no charge. Brush and tree limbs must be tied in bundles, with each bundle no greater than 18 inches in diameter. Individual limbs in the bundles should be no larger than 2 inches in diameter and 4 feet long.
