[ARCHIVED] Road Closures on Commerce Drive & Heartland Drive

Road construction adjacent to the new Costco site is underway. Heartland Drive is closed to through traffic between Commercial Park and Jones Boulevard. Commerce Drive is closed immediately east of Heartland Drive. See the location map.

This project will widen Heartland Drive from Commercial Park through the Commerce Drive intersection to provide turn lanes into Costco and dedicated left turn lanes at the Heartland Drive and Commerce Drive intersection. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Through traffic on Heartland Drive must detour using Coral Ridge Avenue and Highway 6.

Heartland Drive is scheduled to re-open to traffic the week of May 28. The west end of Commerce Drive is scheduled to re-open to traffic the week of June 4.
