Senior exercise for adults 55+ promotes increased strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The class is designed specifically for those who wish to ease their way into fitness as well as those who want to maintain their current fitness level. Meets year-round Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays all year, except for holidays.
